What can I say, I absolutely love this gym!! I never was a girl for loving the gym before until I started at Overdose Fitness. Between the PTs & classes it's so much fun.
Such a friendly atmosphere and such good vibes in the gym.
For anyone looking to join and start their fitness journey Chris is the man for the job, he takes his time to understand what your goals are and helps you along your way to achieve what you want.
Thanks Chris for making the gym the favourite part of my week (even on the days when I'm just not in the mood!).
I would highly recommend Overdose to everyone!

Must say overdose fitness is the best gym in bandon.
Not only do they have the best equipment around they also have the best staff.
So friendly and always good craic. The classes are both challenging and fun.
It's very much a community in the gym everyone's so friendly and always welcoming to new members.
Help is always available when you need it whether your unsure of how to use a machine or unsure of where to start at all!
Since joining overdose I've gained so much confidence in the gym and have become a healthier and happier version of myself.
I'd recommend this gym to anyone, whether you have been active in the gym for years, or a beginner.
It's a great gym overall and you won't regret joining.

After a few years of inactivity, I wanted to improve my fitness and increase muscle mass without interfering with my busy work schedule and family life.
I began going to Chris and Overdose Fitness over a year ago because of their flexible schedule, diverse class offerings, and well-equipped gym.
I was initially accessed and given comprehensive diet and gym programs; I now have regular PT sessions with Chris that are specifically tailored for me.
My programs have been updated as I progressed to reflect my growing capabilities and goals.
This approach has provided me with a focused and specific path to achieve my goal of muscle building, but it is tailored and adaptable to my busy schedule.
I enjoy going to Overdose because of the friendly people and atmosphere, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to become more active, lose weight, or gain muscle.

Chris goes above and beyond in understanding your fitness goals and tailoring your program, he makes the workout challenging but fun.
He has really helped me get my love back for going to the gym.
I have been training with chris for 3 months and im slowly but surely getting my confidence back as he consistently encourages me to show up and get it done.

Iv been going to Overdose Fitness for a year and a half and it has been an amazing time, chris is a big reason why.
He has been a great help constantly and a brilliant PT. His coaching and help has led to me making some serious gains.
My overall strength and muscle mass has increased noticeably for sure under his guidance.
The gym itself is a great place to be its an inviting and a relaxed environment where there is no stress.
Also in my leg training i have seen good progress due to chris's advice and techniques i have imcreased my max squat by 50kg.
Chris is always there to help out and point me in the right direction and i would reccomend anyone to go to him for PTs if they want to make some solid progress quickly.
